THE NEW TRADITIONALIST

A house on the lake, where the rhythm of nature soften and ground a family rooted in tradition.

Rue Magazine Home Tour — June 11 2025

THE FAMILY VILLA

A sanctuary for family and a gathering place for community, this family home is a reflection of values held dear. Comfort leads with linen, wood and stone at the heart of every experience.

A residence that captures the quiet patina of time. Honoring classical architectural proportions with nuanced hand-applied finishes, bespoke furnishings, and found antiquities, we created a sanctuary rich in memory, narrative, and quiet grandeur.

THE CHÂTEAU

European influences bring an elegant touch to a French Château style home in the heart of Raleigh.

THE FIELD HOUSE

A field of grass leads the design of a home founded on the love of a simple life. Apertures reveal and connect the interior life to the stillness of the field.

A livingroom with large ceilings and white linen pendant lamp. The couch is white and there is a modern fireplace on the back wall. The room is grand and clean with lots of natural light.

THE SIMPLY GATHERED HOME

Seeking calm and a sanctuary from a full life, deep tones sit in contrast to neutrals creating a home that hold a busy family.

THE ESSENTIALIST

Rooted in the quiet power of elemental materials, this project explores the dialogue between minimalist architecture and raw, tactile warmth. From spatial proportions to custom furniture and linen styling, every surface evokes a grounded sense of place and restraint.

THE NATURALIST

Blurring the threshold between built form and nature. Designed holistically this home utilizes organic textures and filtered light to cultivate an atmosphere of restoration and spatial calm.

OAK ISLAND HOUSE

The natural beauty of the marsh provides inspiration for an interior that is in harmony with the landscape. Color, movement and sound are translated to shape an environment that is a welcome respite.
